Celebrate with Nespresso

We helped Nespresso® to stir a deeper, closer relationship with their loyal customers. The purpose was to enforce the bonds between brand&customer, celebrating together at least one year of union. This was made by sending them a special postcard (personalised with the client's name) and a pack of 9 different Nespresso® capsules.

Since it's a brand activation that encompasses different languages, we had to have in high consideration a message that had to work across different linguistic targets, trigerring delightfull feelings, perfectly understandable and familiar across everyone. How? To explain, let's take the idea behind the first visual and analogy “Nespresso is like a icing on the top of a cake” that leads us to “a complete and perfect celebration”. A well known figurative concept and easily translatable, where everything gets special together.

At the end, it was a great experience to know that we contributed, advertising to enrich the cultural meaning of its ‘What Else?’ ethos and “Nespresso® & You” world. Values, at their core, are emotional.
