Infographics, a great way to look at data are some of the projects that I've developed within the course Infography, Master of Graphic Design and Editorial Projects, from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto and under the orientation of Luís Taklin (founder of Anyforms Design de Comunicação).


The Infographics & Visual Design discipline in the master's program aimed to provide a thorough understanding of data visualization as a means of communication. The objectives included developing methods to visualize non-visually representable data, exploring visual grammar in the creation of infographic projects. Acquired skills encompassed planning the infographic process, applying infographic development, and the ability to communicate content through visual information. The program covered definitions, typologies, structures, and techniques of infographics, as well as exploring the relationship between infographics and information visualization.

I ended up with a final grade of 18 out of 20 in the course.
